Vingcard Vision is the software of Vingcard hotel door lock system. Its core function is to manage the hotel door keys. Vingcard itself is a popular hotel door lock system, they design and sell the following types of hotel door key

As of now, Vingcard does NOT support pin code door key like the popular digital door lock systems. We've compiled a list of door locks that is compatible with VingCard Vision software.

Vingcard Vision has two variants. Basic is suitable for boutique hotel with less than 300 rooms and are not using web-based PMS. For hotel that is using web-based PMS, you will need to go for Advanced version.

How PMS interface with VingCard Vision

In general, PMS vendor may interface with VingCard Vision in the following methods

• via RS232 (a.k.a serial cable)
• via TCP/IP (a.k.a local network or public network if the hotel has a fixed IP address)

Door retainer
Secure your guests
Our door retainer prevents entry of intruders and increases the guest's safety. A door retainer is a minimum requirement needed to obtain safe identification from strangers at your door. Once an intruder is in - it is too late.

Just having a chain is not enough. Chains often get caught in an open door and can destroy the finish of the door and frame. With VingCard's door retainer this problem is avoided. It is easy to use with a strong construction that is impossible to unhook.

Replace old viewers
Just having any door viewer is not enough. It must be easy to maintain and provide a clear all round wide-angle image. VingCard's door viewer is suitable for replacing old viewers which have inadequate and narrow field of view. Replace the old viewers, which often have scratched plastic covers and reduced image brightness, with VingCard's door viewer.

RFID Elevator Controller for VISIONLINE, VSION and 2800 systems is designed to fit into elevator panels and can be operated off- or online.
The security level of the hotel will increase, as only guests with a valid keycard will have access to the elevators.

By installing a VingCard Exit Device on your emergency exit, you maintain full access control from the outside as well as an easy and safe escape in case of an emergency. The emergency exit can be opened simply by pushing the push bar.
The Exit Device is suitable for wooden-, metal and glass doors. It is supplied in a RIM version for horizontal installation with latch on the side of the door and in a ROD version for vertical installation with latch on top and bottom of the door.

Whether you have a traditional mag-stripe lock, a combo lock working with both mag-stripe and smart cards or the latest contactless RFID locks that are operated with RFID keycards and carriers, VingCard offers you the most suitable combination, enabling you to offer the right security level to your guests and maximize the benefits and functionality of your electronic locking system.
Mag-stripe keycards
VingCard offers a complete range of mag-stripe keycards which also enables you to personalize the card with information about your hotel or use it as an advertising space for third parties.
VingCard has both LoCo and HiCo mag-stripe keycards available. LoCo stands for low coercivity, HiCo for high coercivity. Coercivity refers to the density of the magnetic particles in the stripe. This density is measured in oersted (oe). LoCo has 300 oe, HiCo has 2750 oe. Data stored in the mag-stripe keyards may be affected when being close to magnetic fields. Therefore, HiCo keycards are more robust. Each type of mag-stripe keycard (LoCo or HiCo) requires its own specific encoder, whereas VingCard locks read both types of card.
Smart keycards
VingCard also provides a full range of smart keycards for its combo electronic locks. Typically, smart cards are used by hotel staff due to its ability to store and update information on the smart card itself. By doing so, you can retrieve staff activities (to see where your staff has been and when) as well as low battery reports without having to interrogate each individual lock.
Smart cards also allow you to conduct operations with the locks, without needing to use the locklink (synchronizing date and time, retrieving specific lock audit trail, low battery status, employee tracking, etc…)
VingCard Smart cards are also ready for multi-application with third parties at the hotel: POS, vending machines, etc…

RFID Locker Lock
RFID Locker Lock - Stay Fit

VingCard RFID locker lock provides high security and comfort for lockers and cabinets using proximity RFID carriers (RFID keycards, wristbands, keyfobs, etc.) instead of uncomfortable keys that require expensive maintenance.
The electronic components, locking mechanism and battery pack are all located on the inside of the locker to increase security and avoid manipulation or vandalism.
This device is the best solution for:

Vingcard 2800

Benefits:
RFID contactless operated: locking and unlocking of the locker is triggered by bringing the RFID carrier near the reader.
Autonomous system: no need for cabling, standalone and battery operated.
Locker assignment: the user can select any free locker. Once occupied, the locker can only be opened by that specific card. Even though the card is not locker specific, it can only be used in one locker at a time.
Masters: possibility to create master cards, to manage all lockers in the property.
Compatible with VingCard RFID locking system: VingCard Locker Lock is fully compatible with VingCard RFID locking systems.
Customized: Owner can select whether the locker should be free of charge for guests or if it should be rented upon check-in.
How it Works:
The hotel can customize access to the locker when using RFID technology. Keycards can either be activated by default, when checking in a guest, or at a later time if needed. An RFID key prepared for a locker will be accepted by any vacant locker. Only the RFID key used to lock, or a master RFID key, can open the locker once it has been locked. The lockers are left open (vacant) after use. An RFID locker key has no time window and is therefore valid throughout the guest's stay.
When a locker is being locked using a guest RFID key, it writes information back to the RFID key. This means that this specific RFID key cannot operate any other locker until the first one has unlocked. In other words; one RFID key can only operate one locker at a time, avoiding multiple lockers being locked by the same key.
